This document is a description of the privacy policy and the use of cookies by GreenWay Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia, ul. Łużycka 3c, 81-537 Gdynia (Administrator) on the website made available by the Administrator at: www.greenwaypolska.pl.  It defines the rules, manner of processing and use of data and information from users of the website.

Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using this website and submitting any personal information to us, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.

The administrator of personal data is GreenWay Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia, ul. Łużycka 3c, 81-537 Gdynia, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000602098, REGON: 363635970, NIP: 583 319 52 89 (hereinafter also referred to as: GreenWay).

I. PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

GreenWay takes special care to ensure that all personal data is processed in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and used in accordance with the scope of the granted permissions (consents) and the areas of processing permitted by law.

All personal data are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements of generally applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 216/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781),  the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, as amended), the Telecommunications Law Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 34, as amended) and the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws, item 1221, as amended), including in accordance with the scope of the consent granted by the user.

We make sure that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles of substantive correctness and adequate to the purposes for which they were collected.

We process data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and additionally for the period in which we are obliged to do so on the basis of generally applicable laws.

We ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accountability of the personal data we process.

The processed personal data are not made available without the consent of the data subjects, unless the data is made available to persons authorized to process personal data, entities to which the data have been transferred on the basis of an entrustment agreement (including law firms, entities providing IT services) and entities authorized under the applicable provisions of law.

We use services and technologies offered by such entities as: Microsoft, Google – based in the United States. These entities have joined the Privacy Shield program on the basis of the implementing decision of the European Commission of 12 July 2016 and guarantee that they will comply with the high standards of personal data protection that are in force in the European Union, therefore the use of their services and technologies in the process of processing personal data is in accordance with the law.

II. Ways to Acquire Data

Personal data is obtained by:

video surveillance – in accordance with Appendix No. 1.

through information voluntarily entered in the forms,

by saving cookies in end devices

III. INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

The Website uses Cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User’s end device and are intended for the use of the Website’s websites.

The entity placing Cookies on the Website User’s end device and gaining access to them is the Website operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

creating statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content, also using Google Analytics;

adapting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Website.

Two basic types of Cookies are used on the Website: “session” (session Cookies) and “persistent” (persistent Cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). “Persistent” Cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the Cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

IV. SERVER LOGS

Information about some of the Users’ behavior is subject to logging in the server layer. This data is used only for the purpose of administering the website and in order to ensure the most efficient service of the hosting services provided.

The resources you view are identified by URLs. In addition, the following may be subject to registration:

the time of arrival of the inquiry,

Response time

the name of the User’s station,

information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,

URL of the page previously visited by the User (referrer link) – in the case of when the access to the Website was made via a link,

information about the type of the User’s device,

information about the User’s web browser,

information about the IP address, including information from which country the User logs in.

The above data are not associated with specific persons browsing the Website.

The above data are used only for the purposes of administering the Website and the server.

V. What is the purpose of the data we collect

Personal data are used for the purposes of providing services by GreenWay and the related legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (c) of the GDPR.

If appropriate consent is obtained, the data are also used for marketing purposes carried out by means of electronic communication, in particular through the use of telecommunications terminal equipment, for the purposes of direct marketing, including via e-mail, in accordance with Article 398 of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws, item 1221, as amended),  pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

VI. Security and information storage

GreenWay ensures the security of personal data thanks to appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful data processing, disclosure to unauthorized persons and their accidental loss, destruction or damage.

VII. USER RIGHTS

Providing personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of services offered by the Administrator is mandatory, and in the remaining scope it is voluntary.

The Administrator respects the rights of each person whose data is processed: access to data, rectification of data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, data portability, objection.

If the processing is based on the consent of the data subject, that data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, provided that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The person whose data we process may exercise their rights by sending a letter to GreenWay in which they will present their requests.

The person whose data we process has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he or she considers that his or her rights have been violated.

VIII. Changes to the privacy policy

Changes in GreenWay’s privacy policy may be affected by changes in the legislative sphere in the field of personal data protection, as well as other factors. Users will be informed about any changes immediately on the GreenWay website.
