After selecting the position you are interested in, you will be asked to submit your current CV and complete the short application form.

Once we receive your application, our recruitment team in the relevant country will review your documents and compare them with the requirements for the role.

Selected candidates will be contacted and invited to the first interview stage.

If you move forward, you will be invited to one or more interviews with representatives of our local HR team and your potential manager or team member.

Interviews may be held by phone, video call, or in person at one of our offices -depending on the role and location.

During the interview, we aim to get to know you better:

• your professional experience,
• your expectations,
• your motivation and interests.

We will also give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and the working environment at GreenWay. For some positions, you may be asked to complete a short task or provide a work sample.

At the end of each stage, we will inform you when to expect feedback.
Regardless of the outcome, you will always hear back from us via phone or email.

If we decide to move forward with you, we will present the offer and invite you to sign the contract. Your first days at GreenWay will include structured onboarding and meetings with your team, allowing you to quickly feel part of our community.
